Argon delivered new utility infrastructure for a commercial development, completing all public-side excavation, connections, and commissioning while private-land works were carried out by others.

For gas, two new MDPE low-pressure services were installed, each terminating in colour-coded GRP kiosks with fire valves and ECVs. Argon supplied and installed the kiosks, and all works were tested and certified.

For water, one 63mm and one 32mm barrier pipe service were installed internally, each fitted with DCVs and stopcocks, including chlorination and testing. The works were coordinated with statutory approvals, traffic management, road closures, and parking suspensions, delivering fully compliant and operational utility services.
