Argon was appointed to install a new fire hydrant protection main within a private development for B&M Retail at Ellesmere Port.

The scope included laying approximately 308 metres of 125mm barrier pipe to form the new fire hydrant main, and installing a new fire hydrant. 

All works were carried out within private land, requiring close coordination with the client to manage access and site conditions. After installation, Argon completed full commissioning, including pressure testing and verification, ensuring the hydrant system was fully compliant and ready for operational use.

This work provided the development with a reliable and certified fire protection asset, enhancing overall site safety.
