Argon was commissioned to deliver a new 63mm barrier pipe water supply, terminating at the boundary meter. All public-side excavation works were carried out by Argon in accordance with approved road-type configurations and visible surface category requirements.

Following installation, the new service was fully commissioned and pressure tested, providing a safe, compliant, and reliable water connection to support the development.

Electrical Infrastructure

Argon delivered the installation of two 300mm triplex cables, extending approximately 360 metres from the point of connection (POC) to the site, terminating at an 800kVA UK Power Networks (UKPN) transformer.

The works were undertaken in close coordination with Transport for London (TfL) and Hackney Council to minimise disruption to the public. All activities were carried out in line with NJUG guidelines, ensuring safe working practices throughout.

Argon completed the full substation commissioning and testing, with UKPN undertaking the final closing joint to bring the connection live.
